Join Lara and Eduardo, from the HolaFoodie blog, and special guest Roberto Sarrio, chef at award-winning Spanish restaurant Pizarro, for this Saturday morning masterclass, teaching you how to cook classic tapas with a modern twist.
You’ll meet at London’s renowned food market, Borough Market, to pick up some essential ingredients from local artisan producers, before retuning to Eduardo’s trendy London Bridge workspace kitchen to learn the secret to creating perfect tapas…and then, of course, enjoy the dishes you’ve created!

Huevos rotos – ‘broken eggs’ with Serrano ham and potatoes
Sangria…done properly – all this cooking is thirsty work!
Gilda – olive, anchovy and chilli ‘pintxo’
Gambas al ajillo – king prawns in garlic
Pan amb tomaquet – a Catalan classic
Chorizo a la sidra – chorizo with cider
Flamenquines – pork loin, ham and cheese rolled escalope
